Getting the bag format right
20 kg is the standard garden bag across most markets, but 10 kg sells better where customers carry stock on foot or shop online, because courier rates rise sharply above that weight. Many ranges run both weights of the same colour.
Artwork, barcodes and compliance
We print your artwork directly onto the bag with barcode, weight declaration, coverage guidance and any market-specific labelling you need. Getting this right at production avoids re-labelling at the depot, which is expensive and slow.
Pallet configuration
Bags are stacked to an agreed pattern, strapped and shrink-wrapped so the pallet survives handling without splitting. We can build mixed pallets across colours so a smaller store takes a full range without over-ordering one line.
Bag material and durability
Stone is abrasive and heavy, so bag film has to be thicker than for typical garden products. We spec the gauge to survive container transit, forklift handling and outdoor display without splitting at the seams.
Planning a season
Stone demand is heavily seasonal. Tell us your peak weeks and we schedule production and shipping so stock lands before the season rather than in the middle of it, when the sell-through window has already closed.
