Marble Pebbles and Tumbled Marble Stone

Marble pebbles are tumbled rather than crushed, so the edges are rounded and the stone is comfortable to handle. That makes them the right line for interior planters, water features and premium retail packs where a sharp chip would feel wrong in the hand.

Tumbled versus crushed marble

Crushed chip is cheaper and reads sharper outdoors; tumbled pebble costs more because of the extra process run but is the only sensible option anywhere the stone gets touched. If the end use is a planter in a lobby or a product a customer will pick up in store, specify tumbled.

Matte and polished finishes

Natural matte suits garden and planter use. Polished marble pebble has a wet gloss that photographs strongly and sells well in decor ranges, but it shows scratches, so it belongs in low-handling display use rather than in a walked-on area.

Small-pack retail programmes

Decor buyers usually want 1-5 kg poly or mesh packs rather than 20 kg garden bags. We pack to your unit weight and artwork, cartonise for shelf handling, and can mix colours across a pallet so a single container covers a full range.

Ordering and lead time

Tumbled and polished lines run as batches, so lead time is longer than for crushed chip. Confirm colour, size, finish and pack format early and we will quote the run alongside the container booking.

Wholesale, bulk and export details

This product is supplied on the same commercial basis as the rest of our range: quantity confirmed against container payload, packing quoted separately and documentation prepared to your broker's brief.

Questions buyers ask about marble pebbles

What is the difference between marble pebbles and marble chips?
Pebbles are tumbled with rounded edges; chips are crushed and angular. Pebbles cost more and suit anywhere the stone is handled.
Can marble pebbles be used in water features?
Yes. They are widely used in fountains and interior water bowls; hard water may leave scale, which rinses off with a mild descaler.
Do you supply small retail packs?
Yes, 1-5 kg poly or mesh packs, cartonised, printed to your artwork.
Is polished marble suitable outdoors?
It works but the gloss dulls with weathering. For outdoor use we usually recommend natural matte.
Can colours be mixed in one container?
Yes, mixed pallets across colours and sizes are normal for decor ranges.
What is the lead time?
Longer than crushed chip because tumbling runs as a batch. Confirm the specification early and we will quote the run with the booking.
