Natural Stone Wall Cladding and Stone Veneer Panels

Stone cladding is bought on coverage, thickness tolerance and fixing method, not on the photo alone. We supply natural stone wall cladding in interlocking panel and loose strip formats with consistent back thickness so installers are not shimming every piece.

  • Interlocking panels, loose strips and corner pieces
  • Calibrated back face for even bedding
  • Sold by square metre with corner metres itemised
  • Crated on pallets to survive transit

Panels, strips and corners

Interlocking panels install fastest because each piece carries several courses. Loose strips give a more random look but take longer to lay. Corners are the item most often under-ordered, and running short mid-job stops the whole elevation, so we quote corner linear metres separately from the field area.

Thickness tolerance matters more than face pattern

A cladding batch with uneven back faces forces the installer to pack each piece, which doubles labour. We calibrate the back so pieces bed onto adhesive evenly and the finished wall stays flat across its plane.

Fixing and substrate

Most exterior cladding is bonded onto a rendered or blockwork substrate with a polymer-modified adhesive, with mechanical fixing where the height or panel weight requires it. Confirm the substrate at enquiry so we can advise the weight per square metre your fixings must carry.

Sealing and weathering

Unsealed natural stone darkens when wet and can pick up efflorescence from the bedding mortar. A breathable sealer reduces both without giving the plastic look that film-forming sealers leave behind.

Packing and quantities

Cladding travels crated on pallets, with corners boxed separately. Order 10 per cent over the measured area to cover cuts and breakage; on random patterns allow closer to 15 per cent.

Wholesale, bulk and export details

This product is supplied on the same commercial basis as the rest of our range: quantity confirmed against container payload, packing quoted separately and documentation prepared to your broker's brief.

Questions buyers ask about natural stone wall cladding

How much cladding should I order over the measured area?
Allow 10 per cent extra on regular panel formats and around 15 per cent on random ledgestone, plus corner pieces measured in linear metres.
Can this cladding be used outdoors in a freezing climate?
Yes if the stone type is frost resistant. Tell us the destination climate and we will supply low-absorption stone and the test figures to support it.
Is mechanical fixing needed as well as adhesive?
It depends on height, panel weight and local code. Above typical single-storey heights most specifications require mechanical support in addition to adhesive.
Do you supply matching corner pieces?
Yes. Corners are produced from the same batch and quoted per linear metre so the return face matches the field.
How is cladding packed for export?
Crated on pallets with edge protection, strapped and wrapped. Corners are boxed separately as they chip most easily.
Can you match a sample we already have?
Send a photograph and, ideally, a physical piece. We will match against available stone and confirm with a sample panel before production.
