About the Export Business

DecorativePebbles.com is an India-based supplier and exporter of decorative pebbles and natural landscaping stones, working exclusively with buyers outside India. Our role is to turn a buyer's specification into a correctly graded, correctly packed and correctly documented shipment.

Garden pebbles laid around planted containers

What we do

  • — Source and grade natural stone against buyer specifications
  • — Advise on size, shape and finish for the intended application
  • — Quote stone and packing as separate, comparable lines
  • — Plan container loading against destination payload limits
  • — Prepare documentation to the destination broker's brief
  • — Support repeat and phased shipments for distributors

How we work with a new buyer

  1. Understand the product, size band, finish and quantity you need
  2. Recommend a grade and packing format suited to your market and budget
  3. Share a quotation with stone and packing costed as separate lines
  4. Arrange samples and batch photographs before bulk confirmation
  5. Plan container loading around your destination's payload limit
  6. Prepare shipping documentation to match your customs broker's requirements

The same sequence applies whether it is a first trial order or a repeat container for an established distributor — the difference is usually how much of it needs explaining.

Quality control in practice

Stone is washed, sorted by size and colour, and checked against the agreed grade before packing. For named or public-realm projects we can sort against a retained physical reference sample rather than a written description, and hold back a signed sample set so a later phase can be checked against the same batch rather than a general spec sheet. We will always say plainly where natural variation should be expected rather than promising a uniformity natural stone cannot deliver.

Who we serve

  • — Importers and distributors building a stone product range
  • — Garden centres and merchants buying retail-ready packing
  • — Landscaping and civil contractors on project-scale orders
  • — Architects and specifiers confirming feasibility of a specification
  • — Hospitality and facility procurement teams
  • — Trading companies sourcing on behalf of end buyers

How a buyer relationship typically develops

First enquiry

Specification is discussed in detail and a trial or first container is usually quoted with extra explanation at each step.

First shipment

Samples, batch photographs and documentation are checked more closely by both sides while trust is established.

Repeat supply

Specification is referenced rather than re-explained, and sorting is planned to keep later containers consistent with earlier ones.

How we talk about ourselves

We do not publish invented company history, certifications, export volumes, production capacity, client names or delivery guarantees. Anything specific to your order will be confirmed in your quotation instead.

Company details shared on request

Because these details differ by contract and are checked by buyers before payment, we share them directly on WhatsApp rather than publishing them: registered company name and IEC export registration, processing and sorting unit location, the loading ports used for your route, any certifications relevant to your market, current monthly loading capability, and the export contact who will handle your order.

Ask for them in your first message and they are sent with the quotation.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sell directly to homeowners or retail customers?
No. We supply commercial quantities to importers, distributors, garden centres, merchants and contractors. The smallest order we quote is a part-container consignment, so a retail buyer is better served by a local stockist.
Which countries do you export decorative pebbles to?
We ship to buyers across Europe, the UK, Ireland, the Gulf, North America, Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Africa and South America. Each export market page sets out the ports, packing and grades that market usually specifies.
Can I see samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample sets of the agreed grade and colour are sent before bulk confirmation, and for named projects we retain a signed reference sample so later phases can be sorted against the same batch.
How do I get your company registration and IEC details?
Registered company name, IEC export registration, unit location, loading ports and any market-specific certification are shared on WhatsApp along with your quotation, because these differ by contract and are verified before payment.
How long does a first order usually take?
Specification and quotation are usually settled within a few days on WhatsApp. Production, sorting, packing and loading then depend on the product, packing format and container schedule for your route, and are confirmed in writing with your quotation.
Why is WhatsApp the only contact channel?
Specifications, photographs, packing options and loading plans move faster in one thread than through forms and email chains. Messages reach the export team directly during Indian business hours (IST, UTC+5:30).
